You Asked, We Listened: Users Can Now Transact with Shopee and Grab on xSpend!

In honor of XXXMas, here’s our third gift to you: due to popular demand and the overwhelming support of the community, we have added a slew of new merchants on xSpend! This opens our community to a whole new set of transactions for your GameFi tokens or stablecoins.

Users can find the new category under the “Pay Bills” function, under the “E-commerce & Super Apps” category. Users will need to generate their Grab or Shopee reference numbers to transact.

To find your Grab reference number:

1. Open the Grab mobile app.
2. Click either the Grab wallet balance on the Home screen or the Payment icon in the bottom navigation bar
3. Click the Cash In button
4. Select In-Store as the cash-in method
5. Select More Stores
6. Input your desired cash-in amount (minimum of PHP 200)
7. Confirm the cash-in amount
8. The payment reference will be displayed on the following screen

To find your Shopee reference number:

1. Open the Shopee mobile app.
2. Click the Cash In button
3. Click Payment Center / e-Wallet and select ECpay from the list
4. Enter your desired cash in value and click Pay Now
5. Enter your email address and click Pay
6. The payment reference will be displayed on the following screen
